Technical Judging – Robofest World Championship
IEEE SEM sponsored Robofest invites IEEE members to serve as Technical Judges of the following competition categories:

After your registration, the event host will contact you to confirm your judging assignment and category. You will be also asked to submit a brief professional bio.
Duties of Judges
– Review Competition Rules – Familiarize yourself with guidelines and scoring rubrics.
– Evaluate Submissions – Watch team videos or live demos and assess performance.
– Score Fairly – Apply Robofest rubrics to assign accurate scores.
– Engage with Teams – Visit tables, ask questions, and inspect code as needed.
– Submit Scores – Enter all evaluations via the Robofest Scoring App.

Agenda:
8:00am: Check-in & Judge training (Judging app test), Continental breakfast
9:00am: Opening Ceremonies. Each judge will be introduced.
9:15am: Exhibition/RoboMED – Official Team Presentations
11:30am: Lunch break
12:45pm: Exhibition/RoboMED – Official Team Presentations
2:45pm: End of Team Presentations. Move to the Field House (Gym)
3:00pm: Closing & Award Ceremonies.
