This tutorial will introduce the landscape of planning and operations of modern grid energy resources in a decentralized energy future.  The types of distributed energy resources and their integration into the electric power grid will be presented.  Considerations of the Transmission-Distribution (T&D) interface of distributed energy resources will be shared from both a planning and operations perspective.
