These days Machine Learning (ML) has become very pervasive and the automotive industry is not immune to this. In this talk we will cover in a broad sense, the various facets of the automotive world, where ML is being applied. Some of the areas are: autonomous vehicles (of course!), connected vehicles, smart manufacturing and embedded within the automobile itself – several applications such as ECUs, in-car data network, infotainment, diagnostics, vehicle steering, propulsion monitoring, occupant comfort and vehicle safety.
