Cyber Vigilance: Can cybercrimes be stopped?

August 24, 2023 @ 17:55 - 19:05

Can cybercrimes be stopped? Why nothing has worked (so far) and what can we do about it? We all mostly agree:
– Cybercrime is an out-of-control pandemic.
– Cybercrime is as close to being a perfect crime.
– It is not a question of if, but when will it strike.
– What else can be done?
Since doing the same thing repeatedly but expecting different results is a sign of insanity, a fresh approach is needed to prevent cyber breaches. Cyber Vigilance is a new approach that can help.
This session will cover two aspects: (1) Why cybersecurity has failed to protect? (2) The business case for an alternative approach like Cyber Vigilance.
Following this there will a general discussion, Q&A and update on the current state of cyber security,
