IEEE Region 4 Women In Engineering Leadership Summit (WIELS) November 3, 2023, will bring together 200+ engineering leaders, researchers, educators, innovators, disruptors, young professionals, and students to gather at the conference to help advance the state of practice related to energy/sustainability challenges, work/life, future of engineering and STEM in the era of OpenAI, and leadership vision. Speakers will share real-life experiences and lessons learned. This summit would provide a platform to identify opportunities for improvement and networking.
