The world of AI is moving rapidly and tools such as ChatGPT are already producing fascinating results. In this talk, we will go behind the curtains to explain what AI models are, to compare AI programs with traditional programs and to talk about the unique hardware that is being developed to accelerate AI workloads. The goal is to explain how AI hardware and software differs from the programming that many are familiar with. Finally, the experience of agentic coding, which is co-developing software with AI agents, will be discussed. Spoiler, it is already amazing.
