This will be the third year IEEE Region 4 has hosted a booth at AirVenture. This is the 72nd year so this is a well-established activity. This is an International activity which saw almost three-quarters of a million attendees from over 100 countries. We talked to people from six continents at our exhibit. We have thought of putting up a map with locations of OUs and sharing IEEE videos but have been constricted by space. We will be moving to a larger booth this year and your support will help us make that move. (http://airventure.org/) has all of the stats on the activity. Come out to socialize with your fellow IEEE members and enjoy a beautiful afternoon at Victory Field in Indianapolis. The Third Base Party Terrace is a great place to watch your Indianapolis Indians play and still mingle and talk with your colleagues and families. Enjoy a private buffet of ballpark favorites including hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled BBQ chicken, macaroni & cheese, pasta salad, and cookies. There will be black bean hamburgers and veggie hot dogs available upon request. Please indicate the number of attendees, if any, in the alternate menu question below. A refrigerator will be stocked with assorted Pepsi products, water and beer. Food will be served throughout the 7th inning. Cheer on the Indians as they take on the Toledo Mudhens. Gates open at 12:30 PM, and the game begins at 1:35 PM. You must be an IEEE member to register and reserve tickets.
