Do you falter during emotionally-charged conversations? Perhaps you feel threatened or
attacked during business discussions and resort to being defensive instead of rational?
Maybe you avoid difficult conversations because they’re likely to become messy. Or
maybe you want to learn how to hold productive conversations, at business and at home.
In a world that’s increasingly cutthroat, it’s more important than ever to master the art of
skillful conversation.
