The Engineering Rotational Development Program at Caterpillar Inc. has helped shape the lives and careers of hundreds of engineers in its decade’s long existence. This program allows recent college graduates to explore the many different aspects that make up Caterpillar Inc. and complete rotations in various teams to enhance their engineering skills.
